These are the years of collaboration between the Italian brand and the Spanish rider. 30 are the numbered helmets, made with a premium paintwork enriched with gold-coloured graphic elements. 30 are the lucky purchasers of the Limited Edition who will live an exclusive Experience with Carlos Checa.

The 30th anniversary of such an important sodality as the one between Nolan and Spanish rider Carlos Checa could only be celebrated with the creation of a special helmet. It is in a Limited Edition of 30 pieces, customized with iconic graphics inspired by the most important anecdotes of a sporting history made of races, passion, and moments of life lived.
Protagonist of this celebration is the top of the range full-face helmet. It is an interpreter of a perfect marriage between performance and design: X-804 RS UC CHECA 30TH ANNIVERSARY LIMITED EDITION.

DETAILS THAT MAKE THE DIFFERENCE
Based on the X-804 RS Ultra Carbon, the idea that inspired the Nolan Style Centre and Carlos Checa was to tell 30 years of collaboration in the world of track racing. They combined elements symbolic of the rider’s sporting and personal life with a new, modern, and refined Nolan stylistic choice. This was presented at the launching of the 2025 Collection.
The shell is made of carbon with Liquido paint. This is an innovative layering of colour that allows the elegant carbon fibre weave to shine through on the surface. It is in a blue shade.
‘Mappamondo’
On this stands out a graphic nicknamed ‘Mappamondo’ which has distinguished the Spanish rider’s replicas since 2010.
In 2011, with the same livery, Checa won the SBK World Championship. For this Limited and Numbered Edition, the graphics were therefore inspired by history. The very first combination had a blue background with a white globe.
Thanks to a more up-to-date interpretation, the blue carbon background has replaced the blue pearl. Meanwhile, the globe has been stylised and is now proposed in pearl white. Finally, the lines of the hemisphere have been made in gradient turquoise.
In gold, making this Limited Edition unique, are the stamps symbolizing the countless journeys made by the rider during his racing career. The legendary number 7 is also featured.
The reproduction of Carlos Checa’s signature and the numbered edition serial number are on the back of the shell. This enhances the X-804 RS UC CHECA 30TH ANNIVERSARY LIMITED EDITION, a unique helmet that is collectible or wearable. It is awaited by any of the brand and fans of the rider alike.
The quality and care taken in the creation of a celebratory and Limited Edition helmet is also defined by the refinement of the elements that complete it. This includes the special Cosmic Blue visor, in addition to the standard transparent version, and the blue transparent RAS.
The X-804 RS UC CHECA 30TH ANNIVERSARY LIMITED EDITION will be delivered with a box in the same colours as the helmet. It will be inside a dedicated fabric bag that can also be used as a travel accessory.

Finally, Nolan will complete the outfit with a coordinated neck warmer, available inside the box.
A SPECIAL HELMET AND MUCH MORE
But that’s not all, because whoever buys the commemorative helmet will have the opportunity to take an exclusive visit to the Nolan factory in Brembate di Sopra where the helmet is handcrafted. They will also take part in an online Experience with Carlos Checa. This includes a virtual Meet&Greet, in the company of other purchasers, to talk to the rider and listen to stories made of passion for racing, memories, and anecdotes.
HOW TO PURCHASE THE CELEBRATING HELMET
X-804 RS UC CHECA 30TH ANNIVERSARY LIMITED EDITION can be purchased directly on Nolan’s official website for €1,600.00 including VAT, shipping costs, and customs charges. Each enthusiast will be able to pre-order his or her own helmet, choosing the numbering from 2/30 to 30/30, and then formalising the purchase. They will choose the size and pay for it. The helmet will be made ‘to measure’ and delivered within 60 days of ordering. The X-804 RS UC CHECA 30TH ANNIVERSARY LIMITED EDITION with 1/30 numbering will, on the other hand, be destined for the charity auction. This is run by Memento Exclusives, and the proceeds will be donated to the Angel Nieto Foundation (in collaboration with Aspar Team) to support the Valencian Community, as desired by Carlos Checa himself.
