Ryde said: “Taking my British Superbike Championship trophy out onto the City Ground was an unforgettable experience. It was an incredible feeling walking out in front of the 30,000+ fans and sharing my achievement with them.

“I’ve been a Forest fan for a long time, so to be able to watch them win 3-0, and take my trophy out onto the pitch was certainly a special moment. It’s a memory that I will cherish forever. A huge thanks to Tommy [Hill], who organised it, and to the whole Nottingham Forest Football Team for accommodating me and making it happen.” For Kyle Ryde, this was a personal milestone.
