Motorland Test Imminent For Kawasaki WorldSBK Team
Garrett Gerloff (Kawasaki WorldSBK Team) will soon take to the track for two days of private testing at the 5.077km long Motorland Aragon circuit in Spain. This is in preparation for the final four rounds of the 2025 FIM Superbike World Championship.
The long summer break since the previous round in Hungary has almost come to an end. Both the Kawasaki WorldSBK team and Kawasaki WorldSSP Team are preparing to take to the track at Motorland for what will be important test sessions. This is ahead of the resumption of competitive points’ scoring action. Each class will hold its ninth round of the season at the Nevers Magny-Cours circuit in France, between 5 and 7 September.
The two days of Motorland testing, from 25 to 26 August, will feature WorldSBK rider Garrett Gerloff. Meanwhile, WorldSSP rider Jeremy Alcoba will ride for one day.
The American rider’s goal is to refine the setup of his Ninja ZX-10RR. He is also confirming his full recovery after a crash in the first race, held on Saturday at the Balaton Park Circuit in Hungary. This crash left him unfit for the two subsequent races on Sunday and forced him to interrupt a series of very positive results.
Jeremy Alcoba also wants to enhance the setup of his Ninja ZX-6R 636. He aims to improve his feeling with it. His goal is to confirm his position at the top of the class and attack the podium in the two French races.

“We’re happy to resume our track activity, and to do so at Motorland Aragon, with two days of testing that will be very important. We have many new things to test for both our WorldSBK and WorldSSP machines. Garrett has fully recovered from his accident at Balaton Park and can’t wait to get back on the bike to resume working with his team. Jeremy will test for just one day, during which – with the help of his technical staff – he will try to improve the setup of his Ninja. Each rider’s goal is to prepare in the best way possible for the next round at Magny-Cours, which will take place in less than two weeks.”
