Upcoming race – Grand Prix of Hungary
- The Triumph-powered Moto2™ class will race in Hungary for the first time. The MotoGP Championship returns to Hungary after 33 years. Balaton Park is a brand-new circuit which opened in 2023. The 4.075km track features 10 left-hand corners and seven right-hand corners. It also has a longest straight of just 668m.
- The high number of corners and short straights make it a very technical track. Here, the Triumph Street Triple 765 will excel in twisty sections, taking advantage of its agility and precise throttle control. Meanwhile, its mid-range torque will deliver quick acceleration exiting the many corners.
- The World Supersport Championship visited the circuit earlier in the year, where Stefano Manzi set the fastest lap (1:43.296).

“What a great race to get the second-half of the Moto2 season underway. Congratulations to Diogo for his second victory this year, and it was a fantastic weekend full of firsts for rookie Daniel who took his first pole position, as well as his debut podium in the Triumph-powered class. Tony also enjoyed a strong race coming through from 13th to finish fifth, and was just 1.1s off a podium place. Manuel still retains his championship lead, despite his race DNF, but the championship fight has closed up with the top three (Manuel, Aron and Diogo) separated by just 35 points. We’re excited to now head to Balaton Park, as the series races for the first time in Hungary.”

- Winner: 7 points – Diogo Moreira for dominating the race. He held the lead for the race distance to claim his second win of the season
- Second: 6 points – Daniel Holgado for a brilliant ride, pushing Moreria throughout and claiming his first-ever Moto2 podium
- Third: 5 points – Celestino Vietti for a strong ride to get back to a podium finish. He achieved this following a long-lap penalty
