Upcoming race – Motul Grand Prix of the Valencian Community
- Diogo Moreira arrives at the final round of the 2025 Moto2 ™ World Championship this weekend in Valencia leading the championship standings – 24 points ahead of main title contender Manuel Gonzalez
- The tight and technical layout of the Circuit Ricardo Tormo and emphasis on smooth corner exits suit the Triumph 765cc triple engine, seen on the Street Triple 765 RS’s strong mid-range torque and precise throttle response, allowing the Moto2 bikes to maximise drive through the track’s flowing sections and slower corners
- One of the shortest on the calendar, Circuit Ricardo Tormo is 4.01km, with its longest straight at 876m long. In 2023, the last time the World Championship raced at the track, due to devastating floods in the region in 2024, riders spent an average of 52.51% in second gear, with just 3.66% in sixth gear.

- Winner: 7 points – Diogo Moreira – from pole to the top step, his fourth victory of the year and he edges closer to becoming the first-ever Brazilian Moto2 World Champion
- Second: 6 points – Collin Veijer – an incredible ride for the rookie taking his debut Moto2 podium in second and having controlled the race keeping Moreira at bay until the closing stages
- Third: 5 points – David Alonso – a strong opening lap to put him in podium contention before working his way to third, maintaining podium pace to the flag

The Triumph Triple Trophy runs alongside the Moto2™ World Championship to celebrate amazing
performances in each race weekend — not just the rider who wins the race.
A panel from Triumph and Dorna decide their top 3 riders after each race based on performances
throughout the weekend. Fans then vote on MotoGP Instagram stories to decide the winner.
With reference to Triumph’s 765cc engine, points are awarded as follows:
- 7 points for the rider fans vote 1st
- 6 points for the rider fans vote 2nd
- 5 points for the rider fans vote 3rd
The prize is a custom-liveried Triumph Street Triple RS featuring the 765cc triple from which the Moto2 engine is derived.
In 2025, for the first time one lucky fan will win the same bike as the Triple Trophy Champion. Fans can enter the draw once per round here.
