Nick Selleck, the Australian who is known to many Ducati fans for the one who was the star of the show for the documentary Mission: Un-Finkeable, a 460 km adventure on the DesertX. He used only an auxiliary fuel tank as an accessory! Nick rode the 460 km of the legendary Finke, the off-road route that connects Alice Springs to the Aputula community. Thus completing the round trip in a single day and without topping up with fuel.
A year later, the Un-Disclosed project is born. The Australian outback is one of the most extensive and demanding off-road terrains to grace the earth. The beauty of the Ducati DesertX Rally is with the Termignoni exhaust, engine guards and Pirelli Scorpion Rally tyres it’s equipped with all the tools needed for such an intense challenge. Because without the correct equipment, a mission such as this one is merely a dream.

So when finding themselves in the most complicated of situations, the Australian outback is a beautiful beast that only a few attempt to take on. So, it’s safe to say throughout the documentary you can see just how capabilities are stretched but never a match for the Ducati’s new adventure machine.
