The Tomcat is made to order, with a despot of $1,500, you are able to select your colour and the building progress begins. Volojet ship anywhere outside of the US with their Tomcat reaching more places across the globe.
The Tomcat needs a stock Zero S, SR, SR/F or SR/S motorcycle, which you will have to source. The power can be dialled up or down with a swipe of a finger too, making it fully adaptable in terms of power to the rider.
